I picked up a PowerSmart mower and, right away, I had a feeling it was going to do better than my old one. My backyard gets thick in a few spots, and it handled those areas without really bogging down. The cut looked nice and even too, not rough or choppy like I’m used to. I did slow down a bit where the grass was really tall, but that’s pretty much expected. Overall, my gut says this was a solid buy, and I’ve been happy with how it cuts so far.

My order showed up in decent shape, and I’ll give credit that the box was sturdier than I thought it would be. That said, I was a little disappointed to see a dent on one corner. Thankfully nothing inside was damaged, but it still made me wonder if there should’ve been more padding. Overall, the packaging was fine, just not as reassuring as I hoped.

I picked up a PowerSmart battery tool mostly for weekend yard work, the battery has been better than I expected?? I’ve been able to trim, clean up, and finish everything without having to stop and recharge, which was a nice surprise.
It charges fast too, and it doesn’t seem to lose much power just sitting in the garage. I’ve had it for a few weeks now with no problems, so yeah, I’m happy with it??

The instructions definitely need improvement though. A few of the pictures were tiny, and I found myself guessing which bolts went where more than once. It wasn’t impossible, but it made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be.
It does work now that it’s assembled, but I feel like the unclear manual added extra hassle that customers shouldn’t have to deal with. I’d appreciate some kind of small compensation or credit for the inconvenience. Overall, 3 stars from me.

It has that bait-and-switch feeling where everything sounds simple when you’re buying or returning, but once they actually owe you a refund, suddenly nothing moves.

I’ve emailed support a couple of times and keep getting what feels like the same copy-paste reply with no real update. The product itself wasn’t even the biggest issue for me, but this refund process has been way slower and more frustrating than it should be.

I had to use the warranty once, and overall it was a fair experience. There was a bit of back and forth before everything got figured out, and I was expecting clearer instructions on what they needed from me. In the end, they covered the part and got it sorted, so I can’t complain too much

It kind of reminds me of the stroller I used to push for my niece, fine in a straight line, but a pain when you need to turn or get around tight spots. It’s just not very easy to maneuver

It works fine for what I need, but wow, it’s a lot louder than I expected. I usually try to get a few things done early in the morning before everyone else is up, like after I’ve made coffee and fed the dog, but I can’t really use this without feeling like I’m waking up the whole house. If noise isn’t a big deal for you, it might be okay, but I definitely wish I had known before buying it.

Maybe I’m just impatient, but I use plenty of other sites just fine, heck, I can find random recipes for dinner faster than I could find basic info here. It really needs to be simpler to navigate

I used this after a couple storms and it does clear the wet snow decent. It wasn’t perfect around the edges, but it saves me a lot of shoveling, so I’m happy with it.
